This book presents human attitude towards real estate considering the technical, social, psychosocial, historical and economic influences. Special focus is given to evaluation of real estate in connection to social climate perception and efficiency indicators, in the sense of relationship analysis between the real estate status of family and climate, self-evaluation of members, values, other orientations, lifestyle, and identity or efficiency of the individuals. The fact has been considered that the problem of real estate (especially land and buildings) is inseparably tied to the problem of physical environment (geographic, geologic, climatic and other characteristics) and social environment (people and organizations, interpersonal and intergroup relationships in a specific environment or space, predominant atmosphere, culture etc.), ecology, economy (real estate price, economic ownership), sociology, law (legal-ownership aspects), traffic, health system, landscape design, building industry, urbanism and architecture, and also with all the other sociopsychological aspects, connected with various characteristics of the real estate. Organizational and wider culture is treated as an integrated assembly of variables that include objective characteristics of organizational structure, processes, efficiency, social climate, management, communication, values and various aspects of material infrastructure. This problem incorporates both the attitude towards and the manifestation of the things consisted in various categories of the notion of culture: residential culture, local culture, organizational culture, implicit and explicit culture.
